BOLD Bags’ limited lifetime warranty applies to general use, and not abuse. If a manufacturer defect occurs, BOLD Bags will replace any part of the bag to make sure it is the best bag you have ever had. If abuse occurs outside of the normal use (run over by an airplane tire, a herd of elephants, Bigfoot fights another Bigfoot with it, etc.) we can and will still fix it, but that repair will be outside of the limited lifetime warranty.

BOLD Bags is not liable for damaged gear.

The rigidity of BOLD Bags is based on factory configuration, as we couldn’t possibly test all of the configurations you may use. Again, BOLD Bags, or our distribution partner BOLD Distribution is not liable for damaged gear. Standing, sitting, or placing heavy items on the bag is done at your own risk.
